"According to our calculations, Orange County taxpayers are being overtaxed by this amount of money right here," Ingoglia said Monday afternoon while holding a sign with $190,643,653 printed on it.
Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings held a news conference later Monday afternoon, where he slammed Ingoglia for the attacks and discussed the county's numbers.
