Ahead of his sentencing process beginning later this week, convicted rapist and former Kiama MP now has an official asking price.
In July, the now former NSW MP was of the sexual abuse of two men, aged 18 and 24.
Ward, 44, is currently imprisoned at the Hunter Correctional Centre. His sentencing process is due to begin with submissions on September 19.
Ward's legal battle has reportedly cost him hundreds of thousands of dollars.
In the meantime, he recently listed his Meroo Meadow home, near Nowra, for sale.
There wasn't initially an advertised guide for the property, but it's now listed with an asking price of $1.3 million.
The selling agent, Bianca McMillan from Integrity Real Estate Nowra declined to comment when contacted by the Mercury .
