Conor McGinn, CEO at Akara Robotics and professor of Robotics at Trinity College Dublin, joins Adrian on this week’s episode of the Big Tech Show.

The conversation began by the robotics expert talking about a social robot they deployed in nursing homes to combat the endemic of loneliness. The professor of robotics says that the issue wasn’t getting the device to work but the practical elements such as working out who would pay for the robot.
