CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Police say they are investigating after a 17-year-old was shot while taking out the trash in a Cincinnati neighborhood overnight.

It happened in the 7800 block of Greenland Place in Roselawn shortly after 1:30 a.m. Tuesday.

The victim was taken to the hospital with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to his arm.

The suspect, meanwhile, fled in a white Hyundai Sonata and remains at large, police confirm.
