The alleged killer of the 31-year-old political influencer, Robinson was arrested following a manhunt last week. Kirk was hosting a debate at Utah Valley University, engaging with an attendee, when he was fatally shot on Sept. 10. The 22-year-old was apprehended 33 hours after the murder. Robinson is being held without bail in Utah County Jail, per CNN . The publication, as well as Fox News , reported that possible charges include aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm and obstruction of justice.
