A new date has been set for the execution of Oklahoma Death Row inmate Tremane Wood .
Set by the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals, Wood will now face his execution on Nov. 13.
In August, Attorney General Gentner Drummond requested Wood’s execution be delayed while his office investigated Wood for misconduct and criminal activity while in prison.
Wood was sentenced to death in 2004 for the stabbing and killing of Ronnie Wipf during a robbery in Oklahoma City.
Wood's older brother, Zjaiton, was sentenced to life in prison after he told jurors he was the one who stabbed Wipf and that Tremane was innocent.
Now, before Wood faces execution, he will have a clemency hearing in front of the Pardon and Parole board on Nov. 5, in what could be his last attempt at avoiding the death penalt
