HEARTBREAKING footage of Robert Redford's last television appearance has resurfaced following the actor's death.
Redford , 89, stole the scene when he starred in his last cameo on AMC's hit series.
The actor, who rose to fame in Hollywood hits such as Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid and All the President’s Men, died on Tuesday morning at the age of 89.
His last role included playing a jailbird in the third season of the police drama, Dark Winds.
In the role, Redford is playing chess with George R. Martin as they sit in a jail cell together.
During the intense chess game, Redford urges Martin to make a move on the board.
"George, the whole world's waiting. Make a move," Redford's character said.
Martin and Redford are being carefully watched by a guard who gives them game advice.
