NETFLIX had the eyes of MILLIONS of people last weekend for the historic super-middleweight showdown between Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford.

But the blockbuster event wasn't as big a hit as the service's first venture into the sport last November.

A whopping 41.1million people tuned in to see Crawford end Canelo's reign as super-middleweight champion .

A Netflix breakdown read: "The main event scored an estimated average minute audience (AMA) of 36.6million live+SD viewers from opening to closing bell, per VideoAmp and Netflix.

“Viewing continued into the weekend bringing an estimated AMA total of 41.4million viewers (Live+1), making it the most-viewed men’s championship boxing match this century.”
