A man has been charged with selling chemicals online which led to two suspected suicides.

Miles Cross, 33, of Wrexham, north Wales, was arrested in January in connection with the sale of a substance online to assist with suicide. North Wales Police are investigating two deaths linked to four packages of the substance. Cross was charged on Friday with four counts of intentionally doing an act capable of encouraging or assisting the suicide of another. The force said in a statement: "A 33-year-old Wrexham man has been charged in connection with two suspected suicides in the UK.

"Cross was charged on Friday, 12 September, with four counts of intentionally doing an act capable of encouraging or assisting the suicide of another, contrary to Section 2(1) of the Suicide Act 1961.
