AUSTIN, Minn. — Austin Utilities (AU) has announced the retirement of Mark Nibaur, who has served as General Manager for 15 years. His last day will be Thursday. Nibaur, who joined Austin Utilities in 2010, led several key initiatives, including the development of a central facility and advancements in technology.
