During a senate hearing, FBI Director Kash Patel was asked by Ranking Member Durbin about an unsigned DOJ memorandum that claimed President Trump was not mentioned in over 1,000 documents uncovered in the Jeffrey Epstein files. When asked why the memorandum was unsigned, Patel replied, "Would you prefer I used an autopen?" a reference to former president Biden's use of the tool in signing many documents.
