GOSHEN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WXIX) - A Goshen Township father will spend 19 to 24.5 years in prison after he killed one of his four-month-old twin daughters, and seriously injuring the other.
On July 31, Andrew Kammerer, 34, pleaded guilty to one count of involuntary manslaughter, one count of felonious assault and one count of obstructing justice.
In November 2024, Kammerer called 911 to report that one his babies was hurt and having issues breathing after falling off the changing table, according to a criminal complaint.
The father previously said he performed CPR until medics arrived. The infant was later pronounced dead.
