(FOX40.COM) — The Lodi shooting that left two people hospitalized and resulted in the arrest of one adult and one minor was determined to be gang-related, according to the Lodi Police Department.
Police confirm that the shooting took place near the entrance of a bowling alley on Sunday night, around 8:17 p.m. in the 300 block of North Sacramento Street.
The two victims who were shot were taken to the hospital and are in critical condition, but are expected to survive, LPD said.
As a result, 18-year-old Pete Martinez of Stockton and a 16-year-old boy were arrested and booked into Juvenile Hall on attempted murder and weapons charges.
The motives remain under investigation, but police said that the incident appeared to be gang-related.
