Jowita Przystal has been seen declaring her love for one of her friends and Strictly Come Daning co-stars as she shared a fresh update days before the series launch.

The professional dancer was confirmed to be returning to the ballroom earlier this year, and the BBC One dance contest's 23rd series is set to begin this Saturday (September 20).

The 15 new celebrity contestants, the professional dancers and the show's judges and hosts have already filmed in the launch episode, which will welcome fans back to the ballroom for the first time this year, and reveal the new pairings set to compete for the Glitterball trophy.

It will then be the following Saturday (September 27) that the live shows begin, with the new couples taking to the floor for their first official dance.
