Hibs have made a move to try to take Steven Fletcher back to Easter Road.
The capital club has held talks with the former Scotland international.
They want to bring the 38-year-old back to the club where it all started for one final season.
Fletcher broke through with Hibs and was even linked with a move to Real Madrid.
He eventually made a move to Burnley back in 2009 for a then club record sale of £3million.
The big striker has since gone on to have a stellar career with Wolverhampton Wanderers, Sunderland, Marseille, Sheffield Wednesday and Stoke City.
He also has 10 goals in 33 Scotland appearances, although he took himself out of the international career for a long spell.
