After fatal shooting of Zane Hughes, his mother takes on law enforcement

In the wake of the Sept. 9 arrest of two teens in connection with the July shooting at Avalon Pier that wounded a bystander and killed 19-year-old Zane Hughes of Colington, Hughes’ mother, Nicole Hassell, released a statement.
