PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - Four men have been sentenced to prison in a child sex trafficking case after a months-long investigation by Portland authorities.

Prosecutors said the case involved a girl who was trafficked starting at age 13. Police first contacted her in December 2023, when she was 16, but she declined to identify herself as a victim. Three months later, she returned to investigators and disclosed that she had been trafficked for years.

The investigation led to the arrests of two traffickers and two men who bought sex from the child, police said. All four later pleaded guilty.

James J. Alfonsi, 67, was sentenced to 80 months in prison.

Vladimir I. Tishenko, 59, was sentenced to five years in prison.

Domonique L. Williams, 33, was sentenced to 19 years in prison.
