Viktor Gyokeres was left with blood pouring out of his head after a sickening clash. ‌

Gyokeres, and Arsenal , were attacking a corner when the Swede leap up to head the ball. However, his team-mate Gabriel was also looking to win the ball and they collided in the air with a sickening clash of heads. ‌

Both men immediately hit the turf at the San Mames, with Arsenal's new super striker clutching the back of his head in agony. Gabriel seemed to have escaped unharmed, but TV cameras caught blood pouring out the back of Gyokeres' head. Article continues below
