DETROIT -- Despite scoring 52 points in an all-around drubbing of the Chicago Bears, the Detroit Lions know they could have done even more damage.

Dan Campbell mentioned it after the 52-21 win, and the Lions coach made sure to point to that when addressing reporters on Monday. It was also one of those realizations made by MLive’s Dungeon of Doom podcast in the latest post-game episode.

“It was a total domination by the Lions on both sides of the ball,” co-host Kory Woods said. “Had it not been for a couple of miscues in the first half, they could have at least put up... It’s not crazy to say they probably could have put up a 70-burger.”
