Porsche Arrowhead opened Sept. 8 on Glendale’s western terminus of Bell Road. It was right on time, in multiple respects.

Owner Richard Cvijanovich said the dealership’s construction was on budget and met the Sept. 8 target date to open at 8330 W. Bell Road.

That date, a week after Labor Day amid the Valley’s slow transition from summer heat to fall, was intentional, he said.

“The summer months are slower in highline clientele market as many Porsche owners have other residences outside of Phoenix, which they reside during the hot months,” Cvijanovich stated in an e-mail. “That said, Labor Day brings many individuals back in town and business will continue to be strong until Memorial Day.
