PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia's District Attorney announced a series of town halls to discuss President Trump's deployment of National Guard troops to American cities.
Larry Krasner was joined by several elected officials and community leaders on Tuesday to discuss what Philadelphians can do to stay unified and safe.
The president sent troops to Washington, D.C. , and has targeted Democratic cities for other deployments.
However, he has not mentioned Philadelphia.
Still, city leaders say bringing residents together is the best way to be prepared.
Krasner says that if troops do come to Philadelphia, residents should record and share the soldiers' activity.
