NORTHUMBERLAND, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- An Argyle man is dead following a motorcycle crash in Northumberland on Monday, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office. The incident reportedly occurred on Peters Road.
Authorities were dispatched to the scene at around 4 p.m. An investigation found that the victim, identified as Daniel Perry, was driving a motorcycle eastbound on Peters Road when he failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway, the sheriff's office said.
The motorcycle reportedly left the roadway and struck a utility pole. Perry was taken to Saratoga Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to authorities.
