A 4-year-old boy in Pennsylvania has died following an early morning house fire that also injured another person.

In an email to PEOPLE, the Allegheny County Office of the Medical Examiner identified the victim as Zyaire Akins, of Buena Vista in Elizabeth Township, who died at a hospital on the early afternoon of Monday, Sept. 15.
