SAN FRANCISCO — After multiple attempts to delay his incarceration, a 26-year-old man has reported to prison to serve a three-year sentence for a hack that gleaned roughly $2.7 million in gift cards from Apple, court records show.

Keith Latteri, a resident of New Jersey, was sentenced in May by U.S. District Judge William Orrick, but was able to repeatedly delay his entrance to prison, convincing Orrick twice to move back his self-surrender date, court records show.
