A group of cyclists from the Upstate is pedaling its way hundreds of miles up the East Coast to conquer cancer.
The annual Challenge to Conquer Cancer charity bike ride consists of several teams that left from Greenville this past Saturday. The group is traveling more than 1,000 miles from Greenville to Lewiston, Maine. Latest Forecast

The ride has raised roughly $200,000 so far, and organizers said 85% to 90% of the money will go to cancer centers in the Upstate.
