It’s rare that a brand event keeps us out past midnight — especially during New York Fashion Week, when the days are long, morale is low, and to-do lists never end. But there are always one or two parties worth the detour, and so far, Valentino Beauty’s Studio 54 extravaganza on Wednesday was just that.

To celebrate the launch of its new fragrance collection, the brand revived the iconic venue — the original Studio 54 on West 54th Street, electric dance floor and all — for the first time. We danced to disco hits like “Good Times” by Chic and “I Feel Love” by Donna Summer well into the morning with Pat Cleveland and Cher seated just a few feet away and Honey Dijon in the DJ booth.
