Joe Rogan made Matthew McConaughey crack up when he shared his prime example of a “dumb” idea the U.S. government has wasted taxpayer money on: a so-called “Gay Bomb.” Rogan claimed the “bomb” was developed to “just turn the whole city gay” once it was dropped on an enemy.
