This October, Mandurah will pick one mayor from a pool of nine candidates.

The Times sent a list of 14 questions to all the candidates. Cr Ahmed Zilani, Cr Dave Schumacher, Cr Peter Rogers, Cr Ryan Burns, Cr Jacob Cumberworth, Cr Amber Kearns and Kaye Seeber responded.

How long have you lived in Mandurah?

Cr Zilani: I have been living in Mandurah with family for 15 years.

Cr Schumacher: I have lived in Mandurah for 33 years.
