This Saturday, more than 250 motorcycles will thunder across seven Jacksonville bridges in the Seven Bridges POW/MIA Remembrance Day Ride & Ceremony, a moving annual tribute to America’s Prisoners of War and the over 80,000 still Missing in Action.
This is a Police escorted ride from Adamec HD Baymeadows, over the seven bridges, crossing the St. Johns River. The ride concludes at the National POW/MIA Memorial & Museum at Cecil Field, where a solemn ceremony will honor the missing, followed by a community gathering with music, barbecue, and military displays.
The special keynote speaker will be retired USMC MG James S. Hartsell. Stick around for the BBQ lunch from the Rotary Club North Jax or the food trucks and music by the Matt Altman Band.
