SELINSGROVE — Susquehanna University Associate Professor Ahmed Lachhab and two students used ground-penetrating equipment to locate about a dozen unmarked graves dating back to the 1700s at Warrior Run Church Cemetery this summer.

They intend to keep searching for more in the Watsontown cemetery where nearly 600 people, including 100 servicemen from the Revolutionary War, War of 1812, Mexican-American War and Civil War, have been buried since 1789. Many of the markers are missing or were never installed.
