Pulaski County Schools, Science Hill take different tacks on tax

Pulaski County School District and the Science Hill Independent District are two of the numerous public entities across the county that have been setting property tax rates over the last couple of weeks.

But the two districts — one the largest school system in the county, the other the smallest — made different decisions in how to approach taxation in an era of spiking property values.
