ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A Rochester man with a long criminal record has been arrested in connection with a stolen truck and multiple larcenies in Monroe County, deputies announced Tuesday.

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office said 39-year-old Richard R. Robson was taken into custody on Sept. 8 after investigators linked him to two recent incidents.

Deputies said the case began Aug. 15, when a work pickup truck was reported stolen from a dealership on Marsh Road in Perinton.

Ten days later, on Aug. 25, a suspect broke into several vehicles in a parking lot on West Henrietta Road, stealing property and a credit card that was later used at a store on Mt. Hope Avenue.

Following an investigation, the sheriff’s office Criminal Investigation Section identified Robson as the suspect. Authoritie
