High Potential season 2 has arrived, and it finds Morgan Gillory (Kaitlin Olson) being pushed to the brink by the elusive David Giuntoli, a.k.a. the Game Maker (David Peck). The High Potential season 1 finale found the Game Maker getting too close to Morgan and her children. The High Potential season 2 premiere shows exactly why Morgan is one of the most interesting new characters on TV.

While High Potential season 1 was largely an episodic case-of-the-week format, there was one overarching plotline regarding the disappearance of Roman, Morgan's former partner and Ava's (Amirah J) father, 15 years ago.
