LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - The Ingham County Housing Trust Fund is expanding its home repair program by $1.5 million.

An additional $3 million has also been awarded from a State of Michigan Legislative Enhancement Grant.

The partnership aims to improve housing conditions for Ingham County residents.

Those interested in applying for funds can visit the Capital Area Community Services’ Home Repair Program website here.

The program will be available for those at or below 120% of the median area income.

Applications begin Wednesday, Sept. 17 at noon.
