After months of tense back and forth negotiations and mediation, the Idaho Falls School Board (IFSB) and Idaho Falls Education Association (IFEA) have reached an agreement regarding salary and contract proposals.

Previously reported by the Post Register , salary and contract talks began in April, with the two representative teams failing to come to an agreement on these items over the coming months despite weekly meetings and the assistance of outside mediation.
