RUTLAND, Vt. (WCAX) - Two people arrested in Rutland after a drug bust months in the making.
Vermont state police say it happened Tuesday at a home at 180 South Main Street.
Elizabeth Capen, 33 and Daniel Robtoy, 38, both of Rutland, were arrested and accused of selling cocaine.
Investigators say they use confidential informants to buy drugs from the pair. During the search of the home two guns were found, one was loaded, and two kids were present at the time.
Capen is currently on furlough so she was held on $5,000 dollars bail after her arraignment. Robtoy has a court hearing in November.
After the search, the home was deemed uninhabitable by the city’s building and zoning department.
