A 31-year-old Silver Springs man was arrested Tuesday in the case of a missing girl.

About 6:30 a.m. Sept. 16, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office got a report about a girl missing from a home in Silver Springs.

Deputies listed her in a national crime database as a “runaway/missing person” and brought in the county’s Major Crimes Unit to help, Lyon County authorities said in a news release.
