Read the Incriminating Messages Charlie Kirk’s Alleged Assassin Sent His Roommate

The prosecutors pursuing the death penalty against Tyler Robinson , the man accused of assassinating Charlie Kirk last Wednesday, released text messages between Robinson and the transgender roommate with whom he is believed to have had a romantic relationship on Tuesday.

The transcript of their conversation, which is included in a charging document , sheds further light on Robinson’s motive. It reads:

ROBINSON: I am still ok my love, but am stuck in orem for a little while longer yet .Shouldn’t be long until I can come home, but I gotta grab my rifle still. To be honest I had hoped to keep this secret till I died of old age.
