ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - On Friday, President Donald Trump said he is considering deploying National Guard troops to St. Louis.
President Donald Trump said the CEO of Union Pacific Railroad asked him to add St. Louis to his list of places to combat crime.
“I said where would you go next? He said St. Louis is in big trouble,” President Trump said on Tuesday.
President Trump signed an order to deploy the National Guard to Memphis but said Chicago and St. Louis could be next.
“We have to save St. Louis,” President Trump said.
Clye James Verde was born and raised in St. Louis and said people who live in the city should get a say.
