As construction for Omaha's streetcar continues, local businesses are struggling to stay afloat with the reduced amount of traffic.
Kamp Blackstone near 36th and Farnam streets has permanently closed its doors.
Officials with the food hall declined to speak to KETV, but one Blackstone resident, who needs disability access, said the construction is a barrier.
"I feel like the construction has just been really hard to navigate. And not really knowing what is coming next, we just kind of see it as it comes with the street closures and everything. It's really kept me on my toes in this area and mean hard accessibility wise to navigate," said Maggie Murphy.
