The housing crisis is taking center stage in the mayoral race with the candidates rolling out plans for making the five boroughs a more affordable and accessible place for renters.

But some smaller landlords are concerned that any major change may create more problems for those managing multi-family homes amid rising costs across the board.

Kenny Burgos, the CEO of the New York Apartment Association, which represents landlords for rent-stabilized apartments, joined NY1 political anchor Errol Louis on “Inside City Hall” Tuesday to discuss more.

He was also a Bronx state assemblyman from 2020 to 2024.
