NORTHPORT, Ala. ( WBRC ) - The Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a Northport daycare after complaints on social media.

An officer with the Sheriff’s Office confirmed to WBRC on Tuesday, Sept. 16 that an investigation has been launched into the World Academy Daycare.

Hastings confirmed this investigation is based off of complaints on social media which allege neglect and child abuse at the daycare.
