LOUISVILLE, Ky. —
It was Oct. 10, 2010, when the KFC Yum! Center first opened its doors with the goal of being an "economic engine" for the city of Louisville.
According to the Louisville Arena Authority, since opening, the Yum! Center has generated nearly $1.4 billion in economic impact for the city.
Now, the LAA hopes the center can generate even more.
On Monday, the LAA released a survey to ticket holders asking about their experience at the Yum! Center. Leslie Geoghegan, the LAA Board Chair, said the survey hopes to gauge what is good and what could use improvement at the center.
"We are looking at every space and how to better utilize it, how to have better traffic flow, and as I said, looking at experiences at all ticket holder levels," said Geoghegan.
