LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - Mayor Dr. Victor Trevino of Laredo presented the key to the city to a celebrated artist and Laredo native, whose work has made a significant impact on the global art scene.
On Tuesday, September 16, Trevino presented the key to the city to Amado Pena Jr., whose artwork reflects the history, traditions and spirituality of Native and Latino communities in the Southwest.
