PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Tuesday marked the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's "Helping Hands: Community Care Challenge" event, and 6abc was proud to take part.

Volunteers gathered at Lincoln Financial Field to assemble activity kits for inpatient children. The kits are filled with supplies designed to bring kindness, comfort and resources to kids who are unable to go home.
