CLINTON, Ill. (WAND) - The upcoming Scott's 19th Annual Charity Car Show aims to show off various vehicles, all while doing it for a good cause.
The show will take place from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 28, on the dealership grounds of Baum Chevrolet Buick in Clinton.
Proceeds from this year's show will benefit God's Shelter of Love, an organization that operates emergency homeless shelters for women and children in the Decatur area.
Baum said that registration for the car show will begin at 9 a.m., with an opening ceremony at noon. An awards presentation will be at 2:30 p.m., for vehicle classes like car and truck, Corvette, Jeep and street rod.
Over 250 vehicles participated in last year's event, according to Baum.
