LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- A suspected DUI crash closed a northeast Las Vegas valley intersection Tuesday night, according to Metro police.
The crash occurred in the area of Nellis and Lake Mead Boulevard after a driver, who police suspect was impaired, rear-ended a vehicle and then veered and hit a third vehicle, police said.
Two of the drivers were taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The intersection of Nellis Boulevard and Lake Mead Boulevard was closed in all directions, according to RTC Southern Nevada. The intersection reopened around 9:15 p.m.
