Domestic violence: Solon Boulevard

At 8:45 a.m. Sept. 8, officers responded to a report that someone had witnessed physical violence between two people.

The uninvolved witness told the dispatcher that they saw a possible physical assault inside of a vehicle, a white Toyota sedan, in motion on Solon Boulevard, near Inwood Drive.

The car was last seen traveling on Arthur Road, from SOM Center Road.

An officer saw the car and conducted a traffic stop. The driver, a Twinsburg woman, 68, appeared to be upset.

She told the officer that her son, the car’s passenger, was arguing with her. During the argument, as she was driving, he reportedly assaulted her.

Police arrested the man, 29, of Twinsburg, for domestic violence.

The victim did not require immediate medical treatmen
