School is back in session and fall activities and sports are in full swing.

Dietician Shanna Shultz with the GIANT Company says one way to ease the stress of dinnertime is to shop smarter.
"That's always my main tactic," she said. "When I am grocery shopping or meal planning, I want to think about those things that are shelf stable or that I can put in the freezer. Even if it is fresh meat. I typically just put it in the freezer right away because I'm like, 'I know this week isn't going to go as planned.' So keeping those things on hand that, you know, are going to last a while. But if you do have the fresh ingredients, go ahead and freeze those, too."
