This week so far has been fairly copy-and-paste in terms of the forecast, with lots of sunshine and highs in the 80s. That continues for your Wednesday, with mostly sunny skies and southerly winds bringing Madison to a high of 85 degrees. Also similar to the past few days, those southerly winds will lead to an increase in moisture, so expect to see a more humid end of the day. That being said, dew points remain in the 60s, so humidity won't be too oppressive.
Overnight, we stay clear and lows drop to the low-60s. A cold front will reach us from the northwest overnight, and as it continues to sweep across southern Wisconsin, it will increase our cloud cover, drop our temperatures, and provide our next chance for rain.
